IMPLEMENTING FMS
Generic Games are a great way to incorporate fundamental movement skills, they can be modified to suit any skill level and are a fun and engaging way for students to develop these important skills.
The game centred approach develops not only fundamental movement skills but allows students to develp thinking and understanding associated with game play. They will build confidence with other sports by practising these modified games on a smaller scale.
